When I first started cardmaking, I went in with whatever I felt like coloring and would have to end up re-coloring because it would end up a hot mess. Although, I still wing my cards, I do go into them with a color palette in mind.

If you are a fan of Pretty Pink Posh, you know they have these wreaths that have different themes. Whenever I see one of these, there’s a creative spark and I’m so excited to do something a bit different each time. For this one, I created a scene card for it and I may have to do the same with the Christmas one as well.

Don’t you love when there is a new release and then it’ll go perfectly with an older set. It’s 100% what I thought immediately when I saw this squirrel peeking out — it looked like he’s above in a tree looking down at a pumpkin patch! Definitely a lot of coloring but totally worth it!

Ok — you might be wondering what the heck I’m thinking but you know what? There are so many different stamp sets out there and some really push your imagination or it will bring you back to a point of reference. So yes, a bathroom scene card is what I’m sharing today!
One of my favorite kind of cards to make! Scene Cards! They are so fun because you can interpret scene cards in so many different ways and use stamps that are standalone in a new way. It’s great for really stretching your stamps and giving your own view on them! That’s what I did here:

It’s Stamptember! I’m so excited to be a part of this crafty month that has always intrigued me with the element of surprise all month long — Today’s set features Honey Bee Stamps and a fun wintery set. I’m using it here for a wintery, holiday scene. Remember, if you like this set — grab it as soon as you can, because these sets usually sell out fast and once it’s gone, it’s gone.

When’s the last time you sent a postcard? This stamp set by The Sassy Club had all the elements for me to create one. Also, it’s less to color up! I split my card panel in half and create a mini scene on the side. Since these aren’t real postcards, I will be mounting it on a card base and took some liberties of a “faux postcard”

Anyone remember the Swedish Chef from the Muppets? Funny enough, I don’t remember him but I remember his chicken. I thought I’d create a small scene and used ink blending to fill up the space so I didn’t have to create a full kitchen. Here’s how I did it:

Hi all — Another easy scene card up on my YouTube channel today. The little girl is so cute and of course, I had to use one of the newest background to give her her own little talk bubble. Check it out and let me know if you’re try focused masking to stretch your supplies.

Hi! This is a video that I had last year but this stamp set didn’t release yet but it’s here now!

Happy Monday everyone! To start off the week and November, I’m sharing a card featuring a couple of stamp sets from The Sassy Club. I really wanted to use some sets that I’ve been hoarding in my collection.

I stamped images from the stamp set called Seasonal Flat Lays to create an overview view of place settings using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I did a bit of masking to use some of the pumpkins from one of the Seasonal Flat Lays images to create decorations in the middle of the table along with the leafy checklists.
For the background, I used some lines to create a table along with a table runner. I added the sentiment from the retired set, Gather, but you can use any set you want.
Thanks for stopping by! Happy Crafting!
