The first card focuses on the July Card Kit of the Month. There are so many fun things you can do with this. I wanted to create a day where you’re kinda just chilling with your feet up on a rock wall drinking coffee and watching the clouds fly by. I die cut all the items I wnated to create the scene, coloring them up with copic markers. For the sky, I used Cornflower Core Ink for the sky. I also stamped out the Cling of the Month using Sand Core Ink. I added a simple sentiment at the bottom left of the card stamped using Intens-ified Black Ink.
My second project focuses on the Fancy Die of the Month. This is a super cute set, I die cut all the pieces out of cardstock and used alcohol markers to color it up. For a simple background, I used the music sheet from the Collage Backgrounds Hero Transfers Set to add to the top of the Artic Cardstock. To add a bit of detail, I used Cornflower Core Ink to blend on the edges a the bottom.
Thanks for stopping by today and I hope you enjoyed the two cards I shared today using some of the new Hero Studio collection. Hope you were inspired to create!

This isn’t your average lovey dovey card, but it’s definitely a unique one! I love that lights can just step up your cards so easily and as you can see, it’s not hard to use!

I’m loving all these cling stamps from Honey Bee Stamps — there’s so many details! Stamps with a ton of details don’t need too much — and here, I just did a bit of ink blending to make the images pop!

If you can’t tell, I love space and galaxy cards. This is no exception and I just love the fade to white as well… less pressure to fill up the space … pun intended!

I love using a bunch of sets together to create a cohesive card. This one is so fun because it’s on theme for all the citrusy fruits. Summer is just around the corner!

I do love a paste on the texture embossing folders. Using gold paste, it gives it more of a vintage vibe but I definitely went with a simple sentiment on top.

The first card focuses on the June Card Kit of the Month. I loved all the images in the stamp set so I decided that they are perfect for a picnic scene. I stamped and masked all the images, which were pretty easy to cut out. I stamped the Cling of the Month with Cotton Candy ink to add the pattern my picnic blanket. I colored it all up and to finish the card off, I added a simple sentiment at the bottom left of the card stmaped using Intens-ified Black Ink.

I love ink blending skies — it’s because you can make it look so messy but it’ll all come together when you add a bit of white splatter.

Embossing folders have really pretty details but sometimes you want to step away from tone on tone, so I used the detail brushes to add a bit of color.
