I have two cards to share with you today featuring the Card Kit of the Month and the Whole Studio Bonus Stamp & Cut Set.

The first card focuses on the April Card Kit of the Month. I stamped the large image using using Intens-ified Black Ink on my card panel, coloring it in with alcohol markers. I decided to use the coordinating dies to cut the image out and then also use the bell shape die out of Pitch Black cardstock. I pulled out a piece of Nautical cardstock and decided to use one of the images to heat emboss the background with gold embossing powder — I thought it was a nice detail to add to the background. I incorporated the same heat embossing for the sentiment to blend into the bell shape die.

My second project focuses on the Whole Studio Bonus Stamp & Cut. I wanted a simple card to focus on the little froggies, who I thought were so cute. I stamped the two froggies where I wanted them to go, and stamped it on masking paper so I could stamp the Cling of the Month using Cornflower ink. I also decided to mask off the bottom portion of the card panel, so I could use ink blend the top portion all with the Cornflower ink. I then stamped the sentiment using Intens-ified Black Ink right under the froggies.
