Hi friends, today, I’m sharing a card I created using the Sneak Peek Club kit No. 2 for 2024 from Waffle Flower Crafts. The Sneak Peek Club kit is a monthly subscription that allows you to play with a handful of Waffle Flower products about a month before their official release date. For today’s card, I totally fell in love with these little strawberries in the Multiple Strawberries Die-n-Stencil. They are so cute! I really wanted them to look dimensional so I used a few colors to ink these up: Mustard Seed, Twisted Citron, Candied Apple, Rustic Wilderness, Pine Needles. I used the coordinating dies to cut them out as well.

I pulled out the Gingham Paper and used those die cut strawberries lined up on edge of my pattern paper. I thought it would be fun to have a funky edge. I pulled out a piece of green cardstock to back up that piece for a pop of color.

To finish off this card, I used the Subsentiments – Berry Sweet to quickly add the sentiment. I kinda love these because my favorite way to stamp sentiments is using white embossing on black cardstock — this saves me the trouble of stamping and heat embossing.

Hi friends, today, I’m sharing a card I created using the Sneak Peek Club kit No. 1 for 2024 from Waffle Flower Crafts. The Sneak Peek Club kit is a monthly subscription that allows you to play with a handful of Waffle Flower products about a month before their official release date.

For today’s card, I wanted to use all the items in the kit. I started off with using the Daisy Background Stencil Duo to create my background. I used it them on top of an 6×6 grip mat to make it easy on me, ink blending with distress inks. I used my shader brushes to really get colors in certain areas, which makes it really easy to get a dimensional look to the florals.

I really loved the font from the You & Me stamp set, so I wanted to create a little panel with the subsentiments but I also wanted to still use the large “you & me”.

I used the Layered Daisy die to add subtle accents around my sentiment. It’s super subtle but I love how it adds to it but doesn’t take away from the sentiment. If you want to see how this card came together visually, I have a video!

Sneak Peek Kit No. 11 | Waffle Flower + Giveaway

Hi friends, today, I’m sharing a card I created using the Sneak Peek Club kit No. 11 from Waffle Flower Crafts. The Sneak Peek Club kit is a monthly subscription that allows you to play with a handful of Waffle Flower products about a month before their official release date.

For today’s card, I used the Postage Collage Rose Stencil along with some distress inks to use two of the layers. For this card, I actually pulled from my Waffle Flower crafty stash and used the Postage Collage die. I trimmed out the pieces and they look like stamps!

I wanted to scatter these “postage stamps” on a card panel but I didn’t want just a solid piece of cardstock, so I used the Bokeh Heart Stencil with a similar pink color. I also used that color to blend the edges of the card panel for a bit of added drama.

Once I figured out the placement of the postage stamps, I wanted to use one of the Subsentiments Love Diecut to add to the “With Love” from the Postage Collage Rose Stencil. You definitely can use this kit without the Postage Collage die so be sure to check out all the other inspiration of how to use this kit!

Hi friends, today, I’m sharing a card I created using the Sneak Peek Club kit No. 10 from Waffle Flower Crafts. The Sneak Peek Club kit is a monthly subscription that allows you to play with a handful of Waffle Flower products about a month before their official release date.

For today’s card, I used the Cattitude Die and Cat Tree House die main two die sets along with the Subsentiments Cat diecut. I thought both these die sets were fun… you can even use them separately if you wanted.

I didn’t get a chance to create a video for this one, but I did use ink blending and my copic markers to add some dimension to the Cat Tree House die. I definitely wanted to give definition and dimension to it. For the kitties in the Cattitude die, I used two copic colors. One for the base and a second darker color to add a couple lines of shadow.

In addition to the colorful kitties, I wanted to add some silhouette images to the backgorund. I masked off the top portion and used a distress oxide ink to ink up a night sky. I used two images in black cardstock and the idea is that there’s a window at the top of the card and they are outside in the night.

Paper Scraps | Waffle Flower

I have a ton of paper scraps so anytime I can use some up, I do it. This was a super easy way to do it and it was pretty easy to put together after you figure out how to place the pieces … so it’s kind of like a puzzle!
