GinaK & Inkon3 Collaboration

Welcome to the Gina K. Designs & Inkon3 Collaboration Blog Hop. It’s incredible when two stamp companies can come together to be creative with each other’s products as well as supportive of each other! We hope you enjoy all the inspiration along the way with everyone’s projects.

We are giving away a $50 Gina K. Designs or $50 Inkon3 gift card to two lucky winners. To enter, leave a comment on each blog in the hop! We will be picking random winners from the comments and they will be announced on each company’s respective blog on Monday, July 8, 2019.

For this blog hop, I decided that since this was a collaborative effort, I really wanted to use both company’s products in both cards.

For my first card, I decided to go with a really simple card. I used the Gina K. Designs’ Vibrant Blooms to create a very subtle background by stamping one of the leafy images all over using Inkon3’s Juicy Clear Embossing and Watermark ink on light blue cardstock.

I also went ahead and used one of the Florals from the Gina K. Designs Vibrant Blooms stamp set and combined it with the perfume bottle in Inkon3’s Bad & Boujee stamp set. I’m loving how cute this little bottle is!

The Inkon3’s Bad & Boujee stamp set also has coordinating dies, which have actually have large sentiments included. I decided to use Boujee for the sentiment. Since the background is busy yet subtle, I used a strip of vellum and heat embossed using the Juicy Clear Embossing and Watermark ink.

To finish this card off, I added a few of the smaller diamonds around the sentiment along with some fun gems to add to the Boujee vibe. I love how clean and simple this card turned out to be.

For my second card, I decided to create a scene card. It’s one of the type of cards that require more time involved but totally worth it!

Again, I used the florals from Gina K. Designs Vibrant Blooms stamp set and combined it with the perfume bottle in Inkon3’s Bad & Boujee stamp set. I used a few lines to create a scene and for the table, I used Gina K. Designs’ Floral stencil to add some texture to the table. It’s subtle but really gorgeous!

I also really love the little stamps in the Bad & Boujee stamp set so I wanted to use them. I decided to add them as canvas art on the wall. It was perfect for this as decor in this house.

To finish off this card, I used the sentiment from the Vibrant Blooms stamp set. I just adore how this turned out!

Thanks for joining me here today and hope you enjoyed the inspiration. Your next stop is over at Karen‘s blog! Remember to leave a comment for a chance to win!

  1. You may not believe this, but I have some glass perfume bottles that have metal flowers attached to stoppers. They are just gorgeous, like your creations.

  5. Love the Cards!! The Scene Card is my Fav. I never thought to try & create a scene like that b4. Definitely something I’m gonna try to do. Also, never heard of “Watermark Ink” b4, so gonna have to find out what that is. Of course I haven’t been making cards for very long. TY for Sharing.
